Sequential Photography

In today's post I am going to discuss sequential photography which is the art of showing the viewer a single moving object on a single image in different stages of movement. The pioneer of capturing the sequence happens to be Eadweard Muybridge which was one of the first people to include the sequence in one picture

The Horse In Motion (1878) is said to be the first motion picture ever. Eadweard made a series of cabinet cards called The Horse In Motion that included all 7 works showing the movement of the horse. It had an enormous impact on moving pictures.

I have decided to make my own sequential photo. The idea in my mind came when I looked at my Redbull can. I pictured the sequence of consuming a drink. First we have a product then we are consuming it, after that we are cleaning after ourselves and the last step is that we throw away the consumed product

  1. You need much more depth and commentary to your research and references at the bottom. You also need to add technical details as to how you created these images on your camera/mobile (which camera/mobile was it?) what settings you used and how you edited this together
